Creating a Property Portfolio

Portfolios are a DASH Pro exclusive feature. To upgrade from a Basic Subscription, click here. For instructions on how to update your subscription, see the article "How to Manage Your DASH Subscription".

Portfolios are collections of properties that you can create to share directly with clients. Portfolios may contain a single property or multiple properties. Once the portfolio is shared, you can track how many times it is viewed, and how the client reacted.

  1. Log into your DASH account

  2. Click the "Portfolios" link in the left-hand menu.

  3. Click the "+ Add New" button on the right-side of the screen.

  4. Type in a name for your new portfolio.

  5. Click "Add" to save your new portfolio's name and create the portfolio.

  6. A confirmation message will show on at the top-right corner and you will see your new portfolio listed.

    When a portfolio is created successfully, you will see a confirmation message along with your new portfolio on the Portfolios page.
