Adding Properties to a Portfolio
Portfolios are a DASH Pro exclusive feature. To upgrade from a Basic Subscription, click here. For instructions on how to update your subscription, see the article "How to Manage Your DASH Subscription".
Portfolios are collections of properties that you can create to share directly with clients. Portfolios may contain a single property or multiple properties. Once the portfolio is shared, you can track how many times it is viewed, and how the client reacted.
Navigate to a Property
- Log into your DASH Account
Click on the "Properties" menu on the left side of the page
- Browse to the property you want to add to the portfolio
- Add the property with either of the two methods below.
Adding Properties to a Portfolio from Property Search Results
Click on the folder icon to add the property to a portfolio from the DASH search results page without going into the property details.
*NOTE: The folder icon only appears when the cursor is over a property.
- Continue with the instructions in the "Adding to an Existing, or Creating a New Portfolio" Section.
Adding a Property to a Portfolio from the Property Details Page
- Navigate to a property following the instructions above.
Click the "Add to Portfolio" button on the right-side of the Property Highlights.
- Continue with the instructions in the "Adding to an Existing, or Creating a New Portfolio" Section.
Adding to an Existing, or Creating a New Portfolio
Add the property to an existing portfolio or create a new portfolio by typing in the new portfolio name and clicking "Create".
Once you have selected the existing portfolio or the name of the new portfolio you just created, click "Add".
You will see a confirmation message at the top-right corner of the screen letting you know that the property has been added to the portfolio successfully.
