Customizing Your Agent Profile
DASH gives you the ability to customize your agent profile, so your clients know how to reach you when they seem a property they like. This complements DASH's philosophy of providing the best unbranded content! Combined with a strong agent profile, we are confident you will gain many happy clients!
Uploading Your Profile Image
From the DASH Agent Dashboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on your name at the top-right to open the menu to access your account settings or log out of DASH.
Click on the "Account Info" link
The "Account Info" link which takes you to your account settings.
Click on the pencil icon to add or edit your account photo.
The pencil icon allows you to add or edit your profile picture. Navigate to the directory where your picture is stored and select the picture. Then click "Open".
Navigate to the picture you want to use as your profile picture, select it, and click open. Your profile picture is now set. Save your profile changes at the bottom of the page.
Save your changes by clicking save at the bottom of the page.
Adding a Tagline
From the DASH Agent Dashboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on your name at the top-right of the page to access the settings menu. Click on the "Account Info" link
The "Account Info" link which takes you to your account settings.
Enter your tagline text in the "Short Description" field
Enter your tagline in the "Short Description" field. Click "Save" at the bottom of the page to save your changes.
Adding Contact Information
From the DASH Agent Dashboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on your name at the top-right of the page to access the settings menu. Click on the "Account Info" link
The "Account Info" link which takes you to your account settings. Add your phone number, agency name, and website in the appropriate fields.
The contact information fields that clients will see when properties are shared to them. Save your changes by clicking "Save" at the bottom of the page.
Save your changes after updating your contact information.
Setting Your Availability
From the DASH Agent Dashboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.
Click on your name at the top-right of the page to access the settings menu. Click on the "Account Info" link
The "Account Info" link which takes you to your account settings.
- Scroll down to the "Working Hours".
Enable the toggle next to each day you work.
Enable the toggle switch next to each day which you work and want clients to know you are available to be contacted. Set your working hours for each day that you enable.
Set your work hours for each day which you enable availability.
Click "Save" to save your changes.
Click "Save" to save your profile changes.
