How to Manage Your DASH Subscription

How to Manage your DASH subscription, billing frequency, and payment methods.

HOW To Access Billing Settings:

  1. From the DASH Agent Dashboard, click on your name at the top-right corner of the screen.

  2. Select the Billing link.

  3. You will be put onto the plan selection page where you can view or change your plan.

HOW TO ChangE OR UPDATE Your Payment Method:

  1. Follow the steps above to access the billing settings
  2. Click Manage or Cancel Subscription to view your current subscription & payment method.

  3. Click +Add payment method to add your new payment information.

  4. Enter your new credit card information with it's associated billing zip code and click Add. Check the box for Use as default payment method to use the new payment method for all future annual or monthly charges.

HOW TO Change Your DASH Subscription Type:

  1. Follow the steps above to access the billing settings
  2. Change your subscription type by clicking the white subscribe button on the plan that you want to switch to. The text on the button may vary depending on the plan you select. 
  3. Follow the prompts and enter your new payment method if required.
