Advanced/Filtered Search

An advanced or filtered search is performed by combining a basic search with DASH's advanced filters and search settings. These filters include Market Area, Property Status, Min. Price, Max Price, or Price Range, Property Type, Number of Bedrooms or Bathrooms, Features or Amenities that a property must have, the date the property was added to DASH, or a year, or range of years during which the property was constructed.

  1. Navigate to the "Properties" tab and enter your search term in the search box. This can be a city, neighborhood, community, building name, or zip code.
  2. Set Your Filters
    1. Market Area - The first filter next to the search box is the Market Area filter. Use this to search only in a specific neighborhood(s).
